New Year

Terms

To reserve a room over the Christmas a £200.00 non-refundable deposit for each person is required and for New Year holiday a £100 per person deposit is required with a written confirmation. The management reserve the right to amend the programme without prior notification. Please contact the hotel for further information

Our Terms

Booking Conditions

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. A non-refundable deposit of £80.00/£100.00 per room is payable upon confirmation of booking. Any reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is subsequently relet. We regret there can be no allowance or reduction for curtailment of holidays. Insurance forms are sent out to all confirmed bookings of two nights or longer. We advise insurance cover to be taken out at the time of booking.

Arrival & Departure of Guests

We request that rooms are vacated by 11.00am on day of departure - failure to do so may result in additional charges. Bedrooms will be ready from 2pm on day of arrival.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, direct-dial telephone with ISDN/Modem line (wireless internet is available on the ground floor), hair dryer, mini bar, monogrammed robes, beverage tray and radio alarm. Each bedroom has flat screen television with free view channels. The indoor heated swimming pool is available from 7am - 7pm every day.

Children

It is requested that young children are not taken into the Restaurant whilst dinner is being served. High tea is served between 5.30 - 6.45pm and we offer a baby listening service. Parents may dine with their children from the dinner menu in the coffee lounge from 6.30pm.

Dogs

Small dogs are accommodated by prior arrangement and at the hotel's discretion. A daily rate of £10.00 is applicable. We regret that all dogs, however well behaved must not be left in the room unattended.
