  • Roast sirloin of Welsh beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce
  • Roast breast and confit leg of chicken, lemon and thyme stuffing
  • Slow roast shoulder of Welsh lamb, honey roasted parsnips, Chateaux potatoes, red wine jus
  • Roast loin of pork, apricot and sausage meat stuffing, crackling, apple sauce
  • Grilled fillets of plaice, sun blushed tomato cous cous, baby leaf spinach, sauce vierge
